Eloxal
The surface treatment of aluminum profiles by anodosing raises the stability of the material and provides the user with several opportunities of colors and decorative design. That leads to additional capabilities.
Following profiles with a length up to 7,000 mm in the following colors from 5-20my can be eloxadized (EURAS-Standard):
Pre-treatment
E0
No pre-treatment. Profile only will be degreased. Grooves, scratches etc. will stay viewable.
E1
The outcome of grinding is a smooth structure. Anomalies of the surface will be flattened.
E2
The outcome of brushing is a smooth light surface. Grooves, scratches etc. will only be eliminated partially.
E3
The outcome of polishing is a shiny surface.
E4
A combination of sanding and brushing.
E5
A combination of sanding and polishing
E6
The outcome of a chemical pre-treatment in a mordant is a silver-matt finish. This pre-treatment is chosen the most.
