Contract review
All types of contracts of ALUSCREEN are reviewed prior to completion. These include contracts with clients and contractors, and the preparation of offers. The review is a possibility of errors at the interface of client / contractor with ALUSCREEN be avoided.
The script only written orders. Informal orders will be transferred to an in-house form. For special orders, the conclusion of individual contracts is possible.
All contracts are reviewed under the following criteria:
- Efficiency
- Scheduling
- Technical Implementation
- Quality Certificates
- Attributes
- Regulatory requirements
- Liability
The release of the contracts is documented by signature of the person responsible for the contract document.
Treaties should be subjected to the same inspections. Contract reviews and contract changes are documented.
